More stress, more pain

Think what you can do with less stress due to pain and more energy.

It’s no secret that the more stress we feel, the more pain we feel. Often, the better we are at relaxing muscles, using tools like visualization, and creating our own inner sanctuary, the greater the likelihood that we can let that pain just melt and experience some relief. In many cases, it also promotes healing. For example, headaches can vanish during the session after a “reduce pain” de-stress exercise. Some of my clients who have used the techniques post-surgery report less need for medication. I experienced this myself so I know that, with practice, it can work.
